It really was a night of upsets and bewilderment at this year's Oscars.

In a move that shocked not only everyone watching, but everyone in the Dolby Theatre, 'Green Book' picked up Best Picture, defeating expected winners 'Roma' and 'The Favourite' in the process.

The controversy didn't end there, either. In their acceptance speech, the producers of 'Green Book' never mentioned or thanked Dr. Don Shirley, the character played by Mahershala Ali, or Victor Hugo Green, the original writer of the Green Book Guide.

'Bohemian Rhapsody' won four out of its five categories, scoring Rami Malek an Oscar for Best Actor and wins for Best Sound Editing, Best Sound Mixing, and Best Film Editing. Meanwhile, Olivia Colman picked up the only win on the night for 'The Favourite', taking home the Oscar for Best Actress.

'A Star Is Born' only came away with one win for Best Original Song, whilst 'Blackkklansman' won Best Adapted Screenplay.

So, how did 'Green Book' winning go down on Twitter? Not well, to say the least.

Beyond the upsets, however, Olivia Colman's speech for Best Actress was a delight, as was seeing Queen open up the night's ceremony with a pretty spirited performance.
