A red band trailer has arrived for 'The King's Man'. With all the cussing and violence, it seems the 'Kingsman' prequel will be similar enough to its Taron Egerton-starring predecessors.

Matthew Vaughn directs 'The King's Man' and wrote the screenplay with Karl Gajdusek.

The movie finally hits cinema at the end of the year, following numerous delays.

This is its eighth proposed release date. It comes more than two years after it was originally meant to come out (November 15, 2019).

The official synopsis for the movie reads: "As a collection of history's worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions, one man must race against time to stop them.

"Discover the origins of the very first independent intelligence agency in 'The King's Man'."

It's based on the comic book 'The Secret Service' by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons.

Ralph Fiennes stars as Orlando Oxford, Duke of Oxford, alongside Gemma Arterton as Polly, Rhys Ifans as Grigori Rasputin, Matthew Goode as Captain Morton / The Shepherd, Tom Hollander as George V, Wilhelm II and Nicholas II, Harris Dickinson as Conrad, Daniel Brühl as Erik Jan Hanussen, Djimon Hounsou as Shola, and Charles Dance as Herbert Kitchener.

'The King's Man' arrives in cinemas on December 22nd.
