Actor

After growing up in LA, Toronto, Las Vegas, Sacramento and Seattle, Jennifer moved to New Jersey to attend Princeton University. She studied languages and history in preparation for a career in diplomacy or espionage. However, after living in Paris for a year, she decided to devote her inquisitive and observational energies to art instead of the US government. After graduating in 1992, she moved to Manhattan to intern on Ang Lee’’s THE WEDDING BANQUET. Only when down to her last dollar did Jennifer take a job that propelled her into the world of New York advertising agencies and later, to her relief, as a graphic designer for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Jennifer returned to California in 1994, opening her own design firm in Santa Cruz. In 1996, she returned to L.A. to attend Art Center College of Design’’s Entertainment Design program. She won Honorable Mention for the American Institute of Architects’’ 1997 Student Design Competition and finished work as production designer on CACHE, a student short.
