The new trailer for 'Run' starring Domhnall Gleeson and Merritt Wever sees the pair revisit their past in a thrilling new romantic comedy series for HBO.

Written and produced by Vicky Jones, who we know from helping create the likes of 'Killing Eve' and 'Fleabag', 'Run' will see Ruby Richardson (Wever) walk away from her ordinary life in the suburbs to revisit her past with her college boyfriend, Billy Johnson (Gleeson).

Based not the concept of making a pact with a friend while you're younger, both characters agreed 17 years ago that if either one of them texted the word “Run” and the other replied with the same, they would drop everything and meet in Grand Central Station. Then plan is to then travel across America with each other.

Merritt Wever is known for appearing in 'Godless' and 'Nurse Jackie' in the past, while Domhnall Gleeson recently appeared in the concluding part of the recent 'Star Wars' trilogy. Gleeson has recently been in the pipeline to star in a new series with his brother Brian for Channel 4 in the future.

The eight-part series of 'Run' will be arriving this April on Sky's dedicated new channel for everything comedy-related, Sky Comedy. If you have a NOW TV subscription, the series will also be arriving on the same day.

'Run' will begin airing on Wednesday, April 15 on Sky Comedy and NOW TV.
